PELVIC EXAMS
Dr. Onowhakpor will see patients for women's health issues and complaints, pelvic exams and PAP smears even is she is not their primary care provider.
Pregnancy
Please let the receptionist know if you are pregnant, and are between 12-14 weeks, as this pre-natal visit is a longer maternity medical appointment, that may involve a pelvic exam. If you have any questions regarding these maternity appointments, please do not hesitate to call and ask to speak to a nurse or medical assistant.
Once you are in your second trimester, we will suggest that you see our PCN nurse for alternating appointments. If you have questions that they cannot answer or they have any concerns, they will communicate with the doctor(s) to provide further information.
